Antarctica ( 南極大陸〜神の領域に挑んだ男と犬の物語 ) 2011

A drama commemorating TBS's 60th anniversary, the story is about 11 members who were sent to the South Pole for the first time in February 1957 in a national project to explore Antartica. They were accompanied by a dogsled of 19 Sakhalin dogs. When they left for Japan a year later, they were forced to leave the dogs behind due to the bad weather. In January 1959, Kuramochi Takeshi and some others joined a third expedition to ascertain the fate of the dogs Taro and Jiro.

Este drama, que conmemora el 60.º aniversario de TBS, narra la historia de once miembros que fueron enviados al Polo Sur por primera vez en febrero de 1957 como parte de un proyecto nacional para explorar la Antártida. Iban acompañados por un trineo tirado por diecinueve perros de Sajalín. Un año después, al regresar a Japón, se vieron obligados a dejar atrás a los perros debido al mal tiempo. En enero de 1959, Kuramochi Takeshi y otros se unieron a una tercera expedición para averiguar el destino de los perros Taro y Jiro.
